Cloud School (new name for Progresso)

Maintenance – From time-to-time Cloud School is taken offline for maintenance purposes, we will include this information on the school calendar.

If you are having problems logging in or accessing termly assessments / exam results please try the following steps in the first instance…

  • If you have forgotten your password or are being told that it is not recognised, please use the Forgot Password link, enter your username and an email will be sent to the email address on Cloud School with a link which will allow you to reset the password, please note that the link will only be valid for 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive the email from Cloud School with the link to change your password, please check your junk/spam folder in case it has been trapped there.
  • Add our progresso email address to your safe senders / white list.  Click here if you need instructions on doing this
  • Termly Assessments and End Of Year reports are stored as PDFs and you can access them via the Documents widget on the RC Home tab once you are logged in to Cloud School.
  • If you are using Safari please ensure that you are not in Private Browsing Mode, that Block Pop-ups is not on, and that “JavaScript” is enabled.



Our primary means of communication is via ParentMail. When you are added to our system you will be sent an email and/or text message asking you to register your account and connect to us.  Once you have done this you should start receiving messages from us.

We strongly recommend you use the ParentMail app on your smartphone as messages will be delivered directly to the app and therefore eliminate any risk of emails getting lost or treated as junk/spam by some providers.

If you are not receiving ParentMail emails please check your junk/spam folder in case the emails have been trapped there, and add to your address book and/or white sender list to allow these messages through.

You can also check what has been sent by logging on to your ParentMail account.

If you do not know your ParentMail password please browse to and click on “Forgotten password”, you will be prompted to enter your email address and you will then be sent instructions telling you how to reset your password.
