Junior Chefs Academy
Two Year nine students Jamie Newman and Joshua Wicks graduated from Merton College Junior Chefs Academy this week.
The Junior Chefs Academy runs on a Saturday morning and lasts for ten weeks and you can start at several times during the year.
Junior Chefs are taught a series of basic cooking techniques by our qualified chefs. The young chefs are supplied with aprons, hats and knives for them to use while they are with us and there is a charge of £10 per week to cover the costs of the food, which the young chefs are then able to take home with them.
The academy is run in partnership with the Compass Group.
