The Richard Challoner Sports Hall opened to the community in September 2007. Since then, it has become home to many clubs and groups.

The Sports Hall is available to hire for various sports and activities including Basketball, Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball, Gymnastics and Karate.

We do not allow football in the sports hall and this keeps it in very good condition. With the addition of the 3G pitch outside, we can ensure this continues.

Richard Challoner Sports Centre has 4 fantastic highly maintained Badminton Courts and is the perfect place to improve your match game or just to play for fun with friends and family.

We have recently had an extra 2 Cricket Nets installed (4 in total) to help promote our Cricket Academy which started at Richard Challoner in September 2013.

Hire Charges

Cricket - Whole Hall £60 per hour
All other sports - Whole Hall £50 per hour, £25 per half hour
