Vacancy - Lettings Manager

We are seeking to appoint a Lettings Manager who will promote the school's facilities to a wide range of community and commercial groups, and manage the school lettings.

The role therefore provides an opportunity to hone your business development skills and also to engage with our current customers and the local community.

You will work closely with other members of the school to plan, develop and oversee the booking of school and community events taking place during the week and at weekends, looking to maximise income generation for the school.

We anticipate that the role will require 7.5 -10 hours per week, which will require you to be available some evenings and/or weekends, to show prospective clients the facilities. The hours will be flexible and can be adapted around existing commitments, including the option to work from home.

The role will suit a person who is keen to develop their management and marketing skills, is enthused by responsibility, and the opportunity to generate income for the school.

You will need to be confident, friendly, thorough and have great attention to detail. You must have common sense and be able to use your initiative to solve problems that inevitably arise while managing multiple bookings.
